Overview
At Consolture, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can understand, articulate, and transform complex business requirements into operational realities. This role will be crucial in designing solutions, bridging the gap between our IT team and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Define, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into system requirements.

Facilitate the communication and understanding of business processes between different stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between the business units, IT team, and support teams.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of business and system process maps.

Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for precise articulations of customer and business needs.
Bonus Qualifications

Experience in using business requirement tools such as JIRA, Confluence.

Understanding of various business process and system modelling techniques, as well as data modelling concepts.

Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
