Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices and business needs.

Work closely with the team and clients to transform business requirements into solutions.

Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and objectives.

Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or development within Salesforce that will contribute to improved user experience, efficiency, and system performance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred.

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with strong skills in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.

Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Qualifications

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred.

Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com’s SOQL and SOSL, Salesforce.com’s Web Services, and Salesforce.com’s security model.

Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.
