Overview

Join us as a Salesforce Architect at Consolture to create transformative, scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform that will empower our clients to reach their business potential. You will play a vital role in our team, architecting complex solutions, streamlining processes, and enabling strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solutions and strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem, considering best practices, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Translate business objectives into technology solutions fitting within the architecture of the client’s Salesforce environment.

  • Evaluate and present information on new and emerging Salesforce features and technologies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure Salesforce solutions are effectively integrated in broader architectural frameworks.

  • Lead technical requirements gathering, writing technical design documents, and directing developers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Salesforce Architect Certification is strongly preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or architect.

  • Demonstrable experience in architecting and deploying high-volume, scalable solutions in Salesforce.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com’s capabilities and limitations.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Strong experience with multiple Salesforce modules and exposure to AppExchange products.

  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).

  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with different business systems, a basic understanding of programming languages, and relational database concepts.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
