You will play a vital role in our team, architecting complex solutions, streamlining processes, and enabling strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solutions and strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem, considering best practices, scalability, and efficiency.

Translate business objectives into technology solutions fitting within the architecture of the client’s Salesforce environment.

Evaluate and present information on new and emerging Salesforce features and technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure Salesforce solutions are effectively integrated in broader architectural frameworks.

Lead technical requirements gathering, writing technical design documents, and directing developers.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Salesforce Architect Certification is strongly preferred.

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or architect.

Demonstrable experience in architecting and deploying high-volume, scalable solutions in Salesforce.

Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com’s capabilities and limitations.
Bonus Qualifications

Strong experience with multiple Salesforce modules and exposure to AppExchange products.

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).

Experience in integrating Salesforce with different business systems, a basic understanding of programming languages, and relational database concepts.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
